Allied Irish Bank Group complete country-wide rollout of SmartNumbers

Allied Irish Bank Group (AIB Group) today announced the completion of a country-wide deployment of SmartNumbers for Premier Customer Care across 42 branches in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, both through its AIB and First Trust Bank divisions. The service is being used to provide an a high-quality customer service capability to staff operating from these branches.
