SmartNumbers announce Version 11.08

SmartNumbers today released Version 11.08 of the SmartNumbers service, the hosted-platform for advanced on-demand telephony solutions. Amongst the products new features, 11.08 includes:
- Improved billing flexibility
- Outbound class of service
- Significant Contact-Centre Improvements, including statistics, queue management and enhanced ACD logic
- Enhancements for Mobile phone users
- Provisioning API extensions
- System Infrastructure improvements
