Business Link to deploy SmartNumbers for Business Continuity

Business Link Wessex have formed a 'Business Protection Team' and implemented an emergency service, using SmartNumbers, which provides a single emergency number that staff call in the event of any crisis. A call to the emergency number will connect to the first available Business Protection Team member - wherever they are - who will have full knowledge of all events, actions and contacts for any given incident.
SmartNumbers can also be utilised to provide announcement services to customers, to broadcast information to staff - by voicemail or SMS - or even to route incoming calls to staff according to skill sets or by the callers' location. With SmartNumbers, Business Link Wessex can ensure all their employees are provided with the best advice and information available in the event of an emergency.
