ITNet announces partnership to resell SmartNumbers and extend service offerings around SmartNumbers solutions

London, England. January 2004

ITNET today signed an agreement to co-operate with SmartNumber's network delivered service on demand - SmartNumbers.

ITNET deployed SmartNumbers technology for its own staff  and now has over 1,000 staff utilising the service. Building on this experience, it intends to offer SmartNumbers as a service to its customers. SmartNumbers avoids the need for customers to allocate resources to purchase and deploy their own systems.

"The need to protect capital budgets, as well as the move to more flexible work styles, makes SmartNumbers a natural solution for our larger customers" said John Burton, Solutions Architect, ITNET. "A key benefit of SmartNumbers is its ability to simplify the migration to IP Telephony while protecting users and network managers from any visibility of the underlying technology".

Under this agreement, ITNET will become a reseller and service partner for the entire range of SmartNumbers solutions, in addition to becoming a valued customer of SmartNumbers.
