Geoffrey Paterson has 20 years experience in the application of computing technology to solve business problems. From solutions as diverse as products for Agriculture through to products for the Finance and Defence markets he continues to build businesses that focus on simple yet effective technology and processes. Geoffrey has led the company since its inception.

Andrew Bale - COO
Andrew has an impressive record in the management of voice technology companies from 3com (in PBX development) to Avaya, where he was Global VP of Managed Services. Andrew has brought important skills in completing the transformation from a product company to a large scale service provider.

James Foley - VP Sales
James joined following 10 years with US west coast software companies in proposition selling – most recently at Hyperion. James has brought important skills in developing new sales models for proposition selling, especially in the financial sector.

David Collins - VP Marketing
David joined from LogicaCMG Wireless Networks where he was globally responsible for launching IN services into the mobile operator market. He now heads up Product Management and Marketing Communications. David has modernised the product management processes bringing a strong background in Agile Development processes and a focused approach to channel marketing.

Suresh Rasakulasuriar - VP Development
Suresh has led the development team for over 8 years and has recruited mostly from Imperial College. Suresh has been particularly successful recently managing the introduction of Agile Development Processes.

John Lockyer - Commercial Manager
John joined from IBM where he was a product manager for their voice solutions. John is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the platform deployment.

David Menniss - Customer Services Manager
David manages the NOC (National Operations Centre) which is responsible for the customer help desk and billing services. Most recently he has pushed through the security clearances required for the defence and security services clients.
